Jefferson Roden is an experienced Network Operation Center Engineer with a strong background in maintaining network reliability and minimizing downtime. Currently employed at Pavlov Media since August 2015, Jefferson conducts thorough investigations during network issues and provides on-site technician support. Previously, Jefferson held the senior engineer role at Calltek Center Int'l. Inc., ensuring consistent network connectivity and providing in-depth technical support. Jefferson's diverse experience includes various technical support and engineering positions at companies such as Skyriver Communications and BlueCat, specializing in IPAM, DNS, and DHCP solutions. Jefferson holds a Diploma in Information Technology from the System Technology Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the Cebu Institute of Technology.
