Rob Day

Rob Day is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience across various industries, including insurtech and travel. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Pavlov and a Founder Mentor for Octopus Ventures' First Check Fund, Rob Day supports early-stage founders in developing their ideas. Previously, as General Manager at Zego, Rob Day successfully built the Enterprise function and generated approximately £7 million in annual revenue. At Impala, Rob Day held multiple leadership roles, expanding operational responsibilities and supporting business growth during the pandemic. Rob Day's career also includes significant contributions to Secret Escapes, where Rob Day spearheaded the company's North American expansion, and earlier positions at Camargue, PPS Group, and Connect Public Affairs, providing expertise in public relations and lobbying. Rob Day holds an MA in International Relations and a BA in Politics and Modern History from The University of Manchester.
