Jim Sykes

Jim Sykes has a diverse and extensive work experience in various senior roles in the field of Human Resources. Jim is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at PAVmed Inc. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at the same company.

Before joining PAVmed Inc., Jim worked as the Director of Human Resources at Logue Family Holdings, where they were responsible for leading the HR function for three manufacturing companies.

Jim also has experience as a Principal at JP Sykes Human Capital Solutions, where they provided HR solutions to small to mid-sized manufacturing companies. Additionally, Jim served as the Director of Human Resources at KVK Tech, Inc. and as the Vice President of Human Resources at CannaPharmaRx.

Earlier in their career, Jim worked at Cardinal Health as a Senior Director and Business Partner in the Human Resources department, supporting various business segments. Jim also held positions as a Regional Director of Human Resources and a Human Resources Manager at Cardinal Health.

Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Director at BISYS and a Human Resources Manager at QVC.

Jim Sykes has demonstrated expertise in developing HR strategies, talent acquisition, compliance, and leading HR teams. Jim has experience working in both privately held and publicly traded companies in the medical device, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical industries.

Jim Sykes attended La Salle University where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing/Management. Prior to that, they attended Bishop McDevitt.
