Peter D. Sleman

Peter D. Sleman has a diverse work experience in the field of intellectual property. Peter D. started their career as a Patent Law Intern at Johnson & Johnson in 2006. Peter D. then worked as a Summer Associate and Law Clerk at Darby & Darby in 2007, before joining the same firm as an Associate from 2008 to 2010. Peter then moved on to McCarter & English, LLP as a Patent Attorney from 2010 to 2011, followed by their role as a Patent Attorney at Lerner David Littenberg Krumholz & Mentlik from 2011 to 2017. In 2017, they joined Sleman & Lund LLP as an Intellectual Property Counsel. Currently, they hold the position of VP, Intellectual Property at PAVmed Inc. since 2021.

Peter D. Sleman attended Rutgers University from 2002 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering. Following this, Sleman studied at Seton Hall University School of Law from 2005 to 2008, receiving their Juris Doctor degree with a focus on law. In 2010, they obtained the certification of Registered Patent Attorney from the USPTO.
