CPA (T) Judith Kimaro has a diverse work experience. In 2021, they began working as the Finance Lead- East & South Africa for pawaPay. Prior to this, they worked as the CS/Research Team for betPawa from 2019 to 2021. In 2019, they were the Director Of Incoming Globl Volunteer for AIESEC UDSM. From 2018 to 2019, they were the National Support Team,Value Delivery Manager for AIESEC in Tanzania. From 2018 to 2019, they were the Value Delivery Manager Incoming Global Volunteer for AIESEC in Udsm. In 2018, they were the Organising Committee Vice President Sales Youth Speak Forum & Ignite Conference 2018 for AIESEC. In 2018, they were an Audit Intern for the Tanzania Revenue Authority. Also in 2018, they were the Organising Commitee Sales ,Global Village 2018 for AIESEC in Tanzania. In 2016, they were the UDSM Allumni for University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM).

CPA (T) Judith Kimaro has a comprehensive education history. CPA (T) Judith obtained their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM) between 2016 and 2019. Prior to that, they obtained their Advance Level Education in Economics, Commerce and Accounts (ECA) from St Mary Goreth Secondary School between 2014 and 2016. CPA (T) Judith also obtained their Ordinary Level Education in Business from Precious Blood Girls Secondary School between 2010 and 2013. In addition to these qualifications, Judith also holds a Certified Public Accountant certification from the NBAA obtained in May 2020, an Advance Certificate for Secondary Education from the National Examination Council of Tanzania obtained in May 2014, a Best Student in Arusha Region certificate from the Arusha Examination Council obtained in June 2013, and a Certificate for Secondary Education from the National Examination Council of Tanzania obtained in January 2010.
