Martin Raudsepp

Martin Raudsepp has held a variety of roles in their professional career. In 2021, they began working as a Customer Service Operator for pawaPay. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Police Officer for Eesti politsei, where they gained a good general understanding of how different branches operate and developed skills in attention to detail and open communication. During the same period, they also held the role of Data Processing Specialist for FreshGO. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Prison Officer for Tallinn Prison, where they gained experience in supervising prisoners, solving complex problems, and skillful communication. This role also taught him a lot about human nature, psychology, and empathy.

Martin Raudsepp obtained a Bachelor's degree in Corrections from The Estonian Academy of Security Sciences between 2013 and 2017.
