Kunal Chopra

Kunal Chopra has an extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles.

Starting in 2006, they held various engineering leadership roles at Microsoft for six years.

In 2012, they joined Groupon as the Director of Product Management, where they successfully consolidated 34 systems into a global marketplace, launching the platform in 34 countries.

In 2014, Kunal became the Chief Operating Officer at Unikrn, an online e-sports betting company. During their tenure, they significantly increased revenue, traffic, customer engagement, and retention.

In 2016, they joined Amazon as a General Manager, leading the online shoe business. Kunal achieved 50% revenue growth in two years through organizational restructuring and strategic partnerships.

In 2018, Kunal moved to Microsoft as a General Manager, where they focused on the B2C and B2B product and program portfolio strategy. Kunal also launched new products and spearheaded market expansions.

Kunal then joined Kaspien as the Chief Executive Officer in 2019. In this role, they led the retail marketplace technology pioneer through a turnaround, driving corporate strategy, growth plans, and strategic partnerships.

In 2021, they became the Chairman of the Board at Aventis Alpha Care, a technology-enabled home care company aiming to transform the senior and terminal care industry.

In 2022, Kunal was appointed the Chief Executive Officer of Beckett Collectibles, an end-to-end platform for the collectibles industry. Kunal focused on building an ultimate platform for collectors, spanning physical and digital investments.

Lastly, in 2023, Kunal founded KISM Ventures and became the CEO and Co-Founder of PawCare, a connected discovery, booking, and appointment management platform for pet care providers.

Throughout their career, Kunal has demonstrated their ability to drive growth, lead turnarounds, and launch innovative products, making a significant impact in each organization they have worked with.

Kunal Chopra's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Strategy and Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, which was completed in 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Clemson University in 2005. Kunal'sundergraduate studies were completed at the University of Mumbai, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Engineering in 2003.
