Silvan Flury

Silvan Flury's work experience includes serving as the Leiter IT & Finanzen (CDO/CIO) & Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung at PAWI Verpackungen AG since September 2018. Prior to that, they were the Founder and CEO of shockvisions LLC from January 2007 to January 2019, providing IT consulting and developing e-commerce solutions for clients such as Navyboot, Leder-Locher, and Jelmoli. Silvan also founded several internet startups and provided coaching for business models. From September 2016 to May 2018, they were the CTO and Founder of nesomo AG, responsible for organizing fashion events and handling full-stack development before being acquired by VögeleShoes (Karl Vögele AG) in December 2018. Additionally, they co-founded and served as CTO of IndustrialBoard GmbH, an industry platform for buying and selling spare parts, from October 2011 to December 2015. Silvan was also the CTO and Co-Founder of Metapage AG from January 2011 to August 2014, and a Software Developer at FashionFriends AG from August 2009 to September 2012.

Silvan Flury completed their education in Switzerland. Silvan pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from the ZHAW School of Management and Law from 2019 to 2022. Prior to their MBA, they attended IMS Basel from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained an Eidg. Fähigkeitsausweis in Informatik Applikationsentwicklung, BM (federal certificate in software engineering).

In addition to their academic achievements, Silvan Flury also holds a certification as a member of the International Honor Society BGS from Beta Gamma Sigma, which they obtained in January 2023.
