Katrin Sasse has over 25 years of work experience in various roles. Katrin is currently the Head of Executive Coaching and Partner at Pawlik Consultants GmbH, where they support top-level executives in challenging situations and development processes, providing guidance as a sparring partner. In 2019-2020, they studied Konfliktmanagement und Mediation in Organisation at the Universität Witten/Herdecke Professional Campus, earning a certification as a zertifizierte Wirtschaftsmediatorin und Konfliktmanagerin.
