Katrin Sasse

Katrin Sasse has over 25 years of work experience in various roles. Katrin is currently the Head of Executive Coaching and Partner at Pawlik Consultants GmbH, where they support top-level executives in challenging situations and development processes, providing guidance as a sparring partner. Previously, they were a member of the leadership team at Institut Psychodynamische Organisationsentwicklung + Personalmanagement Düsseldorf e.V. In 2004, Katrin became a self-employed consultant for organizational development and business coaching, helping companies and their employees reach their full potential and navigate positive change. Katrin also has experience as a Marketing Manager at Schoellershammer; Heinrich-August-Schoeller Söhne GmbH & CoKG and Raab Karcher Creative Hobbies. Furthermore, they worked as a Project Manager at Hospitality Group.

Katrin Sasse's education history includes several degrees and certifications in different fields. In 1991, they attended Lloyd Arthur Schaper where they earned a diploma in Betriebswirtschaft and Industriekauffrau (IHK) after studying Betriebswirtschaft in the dual system. In 2006-2007, they enrolled at the European Business School (EBS) in Oestrich-Winkel, where they completed a basis training and certification program in systemischen Coach. Additionally, during the same period, they attended the Institute Psychodynamic Organization Development + Human Resource Management in Dusseldorf, specializing in Psychodynamic Organizational Development and Coaching (DBVC certified). In 2019-2020, they studied Konfliktmanagement und Mediation in Organisation at the Universität Witten/Herdecke Professional Campus, earning a certification as a zertifizierte Wirtschaftsmediatorin und Konfliktmanagerin.
