Rose Oliver Mbe

Rose Oliver MBE currently serves as a Volunteer Programme Intern with PAWS Chicago, where responsibilities include coordinating volunteer training and offering adoption counseling, while also being a pet foster parent. In addition, Rose is involved with organizational administration and donor outreach within the Development Team. As the Founder and Director of Double Dragon Alliance Cultural Centre, Rose has been active since 2005, while enhancing British cultural education as Director at the British Cultural Centre since 2014. Rose's extensive experience in education includes roles as Coordinator of International Teaching Faculty at Shanghai University, English Language Professor at the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, and Senior IELTS Examiner with the British Council. Rose holds a Master's degree in Global Marketing from the University of Liverpool and vocational qualifications in Holistic Health and Anatomy & Physiology from West Suffolk College.
