Roger Morgan

Roger Morgan is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in the pet industry and consulting. As the Founder and CEO of pawTree since July 2012, Roger has successfully doubled sales nearly every year and has received accolades such as the Inc 5000 listing for fastest-growing companies in America and SMU's Dallas 100 recognition. Prior to pawTree, Roger served as President and CEO of Hero Pet Brands from February 2004 to June 2012, where business growth tripled to over $100 million, earning recognition as a two-time Walmart Vendor of the Year. Roger's career began at KPMG as a Senior Accountant and Auditor, followed by a managerial role at The Boston Consulting Group, focusing on growth and business development. Educational achievements include an MBA in General Management from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
