Roger's career began at KPMG as a Senior Accountant and Auditor, followed by a managerial role at The Boston Consulting Group, focusing on growth and business development. Educational achievements include an MBA in General Management from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
