Michael Costigan

Michael Costigan has had a career in law enforcement, starting as a Juvenile Program Worker at the Rhode Island Training School from 2004 to 2008. Michael then joined the Pawtucket Police Department in March 2009 and has served as a Patrol Sergeant and Police Officer. From October 2017 to January 2022, Michael worked as a Detective with a focus on narcotics. Costigan holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Rhode Island College, earned between 1999 and 2003.
