Lauren Ferguson

Lauren Ferguson currently serves as Chief of Staff for both PAX Health and VitaCres HealthCare Partners, roles assumed in January 2024. Prior to this, Lauren held the position of Account Executive - Specialty at Luma Health from January 2023 to January 2024. Lauren's experience also includes serving as Director of Business Development, Diagnostic Solutions at Everly Health from February 2021 to January 2024, and as Regional Account Executive at GeneDx from March 2020 to February 2021. Lauren began their career at Genova Diagnostics, where responsibilities included roles as Senior Territory Sales Manager and Territory Sales Manager from March 2016 to March 2020. Earlier, Lauren worked as an Associate District Manager at ADP from October 2013 to February 2016, providing payroll and HR services to accounting firms and small businesses. Lauren earned a Bachelor of Business degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from the University of Dayton in 2013.
