From 2005 to 2006, they worked as a Data Analyst at AmeriCold Logistics. In 2006, they joined Pax Industries, Inc, where they held multiple roles including IT/Operations Director, Controller, CFO/Controller, CEO, and currently serves as the President/CEO. Michael Nappi started their education at DeVry University in 1999, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on E-Commerce and Accounting. Michael successfully completed their degree in 2005. Later, in 2010, Michael enrolled at Keller Graduate School to further enhance their educational qualifications by pursuing a Master's degree in Accounting and Financial Management. However, they completed only a part of the Master's program before either pausing or discontinuing their studies.

Pax Industries, Inc. began operations in Norcross, GA in 1992. Pax has grown to become a leader in providing logistics solutions for plastics and other commodities. Since the beginning, we have focused on providing exceptional customer service. This starts with our model of centralized customer service, where we provide a dedicated representative to handle all services our customers utilize. Our services include warehousing, rail to truck transloading, packaging and re-packaging of resins, transloading from packages to bulk tankers and railcars. Our facilities are strategically located in close proximity to end users of plastic resins in markets with mature logistics infrastructure. While our primary focus is on handling plastic and associated resins, we can handle other non-hazardous bulk commodities. Pax is a 2nd generation family business. Our company culture is built around the Conscious Capitalism concept of delivering shared value to all stakeholders. We focus on sustainable growth and a balance between our work and personal responsibilities.
