Christoph Jorns

Christoph Jorns has extensive work experience in various industries. Christoph started their career in 2006 at PwC, where they worked as an Audit Financial Services professional until 2009. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as an Investmentbanking Analyst at Houlihan Lokey. In 2010, they joined Finatem as a Private Equity Investment Manager until 2014. Christoph then worked at Habasit as a Project Manager Strategic Planning from 2014 to 2016. From 2016 to 2020, they held the position of Finance Director at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. Currently, they are employed at Pax Versicherung, where they have held various roles, including Head of Planning & Controlling | Stv. CFO from 2020 to 2023, and they currently hold the position of Chief Risk Officer (CRO).

Christoph Jorns completed their education in a chronological order. From 2007 to 2009, they attended the University of Zurich and obtained a PhD in Finance, with the degree name of "Dr. oec. publ. | PhD". Following that, from 2009 to 2014, they pursued the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute. In 2006, Christoph Jorns studied at EXPERTsuisse for three years, earning a diploma in "Dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer / Swiss Certified Public Accountant (CPA)". Lastly, from 2000 to 2006, they attended the University of Zurich, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
