Sean Underwood

Sean Underwood currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at PAX Technology, Inc. since May 2025. Prior to this role, Sean co-founded PowerRide University in May 2019 and held the position of Chief Financial Officer at PowerRide Motorsports from November 2001 to April 2025. During this period, Sean successfully navigated the organization through various economic challenges while implementing strategies for sustainable growth. Sean's career began with an operational focus, holding roles including General Manager at Criswell Powersports and Operations Manager at Coleman PowerSports, where leadership during post-merger integration was key. Sean holds an MBA from The Wharton School, an MS in Mathematics and Statistics from Georgetown University, and a BS in Accounting and Business Administration from the College of Charleston.
