Alex Hastings

Alex Hastings has extensive experience in training, coaching, and customer success management within various companies. Currently, at Pax8 since February 2022, Alex has held roles including Trainer & Coach EMEA and Partner Experience Manager, contributing to partner success initiatives. Prior to Pax8, Alex was a Customer Success Manager at Jobandtalent and a Learning and Development Specialist at Conduent, supporting Google. As the Founder and CEO of The A School, a continuing educational institution in Brazil, Alex demonstrated entrepreneurial skills from March 2015 to July 2021. Additional experience includes roles in customer experience and resourcing with companies such as Conduent, City Cruises, Wizard by Pearson, and Walt Disney World. Alex holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Central Florida and has trained as a Federal Security Agent in Aeronautics.
