Hayley McSpirit

Hayley McSpirit is a seasoned professional in global vendor strategy and operations, currently serving as SVP at Pax8 since September 2022, where roles have included Vice President Microsoft Partnership and VP Global Vendor Programs. Previously, Hayley accumulated extensive experience at Microsoft from March 2007 to September 2022, culminating in the position of Director of Partner Strategic Alliances, with a focus on developing revenue-generating practices within the nonprofit sector. Additional roles at Microsoft include Senior Business Manager, Senior ISV Co-Sell Manager for the Public Sector, and Office 365 Global Sales Program Manager. Hayley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from Loughborough University and The Henley College.
