Karlee Ford is a seasoned professional in human resources with a focus on benefits management and employee engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Benefits Specialist at Pax8 since October 2022, Karlee supports benefit strategy, compliance, and the administration of global programs while managing benefit education and financial aspects for the AMER region.
