Lynn Sweers

Lynn Sweers (Pastorino) currently serves as Strategic Consulting Director for Global Strategy and Operations at Pax8, a position held since January 2023. Lynn has held several key roles within Pax8, including Director of Strategic Services and Director of Commerce Strategy. Prior experience includes a tenure at J.D. Power as Strategy Program Manager, where Lynn led business development projects and managed strategic partnerships from July 2019 to January 2023. Previously, Lynn worked at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles in various capacities, including Brand Sales Operations Manager and Revenue Manager, contributing to product strategy and operational effectiveness from February 2013 to June 2019. Lynn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan-Flint, with majors in International Business and Marketing.
