Melissa Ann Medenilla

Melissa Ann Medenilla is an experienced professional with a diverse background in service delivery, marketing, and project management. Currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager at Pax8 since July 2023, Melissa has also held the role of Provisioning Specialist. Prior to this, Melissa worked at Titan Transformation Academy as a Marketing Assistant and at Zoom as a Zoom Phone Enablement Specialist. Melissa's earlier experience includes positions at Global University Systems as the Manager of SAT - International Business Development and at CSS Corp, where roles included Project Manager, Operations Manager, Customer Service Team Leader, and Subject Matter Expert. Melissa holds a degree from De La Salle University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
