Paul Perry

Paul Perry is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software engineering and DevOps. Currently serving as Sr Director of DevOps at Pax8 since January 2018, Paul has honed skills in infrastructure as code and cloud solutions. Previous roles include Independent Consultant at Gate Labs, where Paul developed a facial recognition microservice using AWS, and Software Engineer at Wowza Media Systems, where Paul contributed to the deployment of streaming solutions across multiple cloud platforms. Additional experience encompasses positions as Senior Software Engineer at Rovi, where Paul worked on embedded systems for DTA set-top boxes, and iAds Project Manager at NagraStar, focusing on business development and team management. Earlier experience includes a decade as a Sound Engineer and a role as Assistant IT Manager at AndersonMasonDale Architects. Paul holds a BS in Computer Science and a BS in Math with a concentration in theory from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
