Harjot Gill

Harjot Gill has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Harjot currently serves as the Head of IT Operations at Paxcom India (P) Ltd - A Paymentus Company, where their responsibilities include strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and product development. Prior to this, Harjot held various leadership roles in the Indian Army, including IT Operations and Software Development Head, Technical Leadership Head, Dean of Faculty of Degree Engineering, and Head of Technology, R & D at the Technology Innovation and Development Center. In these roles, they were responsible for strategic IT infrastructure planning, decision-making, technical planning and forecasting, curriculum management, and technology innovation and development.
