Osama Emam has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Osama began their career in 2016 as a team member in project management at Enactus El Shorouk-Academy. Osama then worked as a trainee at Dar El Fouad hospital in 2018 and Siemens Healthineers in 2019. Osama also volunteered at Maker Faire Cairo and participated as a team member in PR at IEEE El Shorouk-Academy Student Branch. In 2019, they interned at EGMED and served as a biomedical engineer at El-helmeyah military hospital. Osama then joined MILLENSYS as a software implementation engineer, where they built working relationships with healthcare vendors. Currently, they are working at PaxeraHealth as a software implementation & technical support engineer, responsible for the Africa Levant and Europe East regions. In this role, they install and tests interface software on client servers, trains customers, and handles various software services such as PACS, HL7, VNA, RIS, and more.

Osama Emam earned their Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from El Shorouk Academy, where they studied from 2014 to 2019. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Innovation Think Tank from Siemens Healthineers in July 2021.
