Refik Anıl Bulut began their professional career in 2018 as a Campaign Manager at AdColony. In 2019, they moved to Mynet Games as a User Acquisition Manager. In 2020, they were hired as a Performance Marketing Manager at Bigger Games. Most recently, in 2021, they became Co-Founder & Growth Lead at Paxie Games.

Refik Anıl Bulut obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi / Middle East Technical University between 2013 and 2018. In 2020, they also obtained a certification in Game Design Foundations: Ideas, Core Loops, and Goals from LinkedIn.
