Mike McWhirter

Mike McWhirter has a diverse work experience in the field of inspections and quality control. Mike began their career at BP as a Quality Control Manager, overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with project specifications. Mike then worked at URS Flint as a QC Manager, where they implemented quality control procedures, developed inspection test plans, and managed the project quality control team. Mike also served as a Quality Control Project Lead at URS Flint, monitoring contractor activities and conducting audits of quality activities. Mike later worked at Summit Industrial Construction and McDaniel Technical Services as a Quality Manager and Chief Inspector, respectively. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing construction activities, performing weld tests, and coordinating inspection crews. Mike also held positions at Greeley and Hansen, Calumet Testing Services, and Paxon Energy & Infrastructure Services.
