Nooshin Behroyan

Nooshin Behroyan started their work experience in 2016 as the Chief Executive Officer at Paxon Energy & Infrastructure Inc. Nooshin later became the Chairwoman of the Board- Energy Sector at IKAR Industries in 2021. In 2019, they became the Board President at NAWBO National.

Nooshin Behroyan's education history begins with a Bachelor of Art degree in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley, which they obtained from 2004 to 2008. Nooshin then pursued a Master of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of California, Davis from 2010 to 2012. Nooshin also completed a program called Management Development for Entrepreneurs at the UCLA Anderson School of Management, focusing on Accounting and Business/Management. In addition to their academic qualifications, Nooshin has obtained various certifications, including being a Certified DBE by the U.S. Department of Transportation, a Certified Woman-Owned Small Business by the California Public Utilities Commission, a Certified-Women Business Enterprise by WBENC, and they are also a LEED AP (BD+C) certified by the U.S. Green Building Council.
