Fernandez Payen

Fernandez Payen has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Fernandez began their career as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps, where they repaired communication equipment and managed supplies during Operation Iraqi Freedom. After their military service, Fernandez worked as a Geek Squad Sr. Counter-Intelligence Agent at Best Buy, where they provided technical service, repairs, and sales support. Fernandez then transitioned to Turner Techtronics, Inc. as a Deskside Support Technician & IMAC Deployment Specialist, managing client hardware, asset control, and onsite/remote diagnosis for FOX Network Group and FOX Film Entertainment. Fernandez later joined Yotpo as an IT Administrator, providing technical support and software distribution for offices in New York City and Boston. At Noodle, they served as a System Administrator and Okta Certified Professional, overseeing technical support, software distribution, and security policies for over 300 end-users. Currently, Fernandez is working at Paxos as a Senior Information Technology Engineer.

Fernandez Payen attended the University of Phoenix from 2017 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. In addition to their degree, Fernandez has also obtained several certifications. In October 2016, they became a Certified iOS Technician (ACiT) through Apple. In April 2020, Fernandez became a Jamf Certified Associate through Jamf, and in July 2021, they obtained an Okta Certified Professional certification from Okta.
