Nicole Orlov

Nicole Orlov is a seasoned legal professional specializing in commercial and technology transactions. Currently serving as Senior Commercial Counsel at Paxos since June 2025, Nicole has extensive experience in corporate law, having held positions such as Corporate Counsel at Block from February 2021 to May 2025 and at Afterpay from February 2021 to February 2022, following its acquisition by Block, Inc.
