Pavlo Iusim

Pavlo Iusim has a diverse work experience in technical support and system administration roles. Pavlo started their career as a System Administrator at Vikter in 2004 and then moved on to work as a System Administrator at Zolotoy Gepard from 2005 to 2007.

In 2007, Pavlo joined Genesys as a Technical Support Engineer, where they handled Tier2 service requests, escalations, and conference calls with large customers like British Telecom, Vodafone, and IBM.
