Anna Allgood has extensive experience in customer success and contractor management, currently serving as the National Customer Success Manager at Paxus Australia Pty Ltd since February 2020. Prior to this role, Anna held various positions at Paxus from July 2007 to November 2018, including NSW Contractor Care Manager and Contractor Operations Team Lead. Earlier in Anna's career, experience was gained as an Executive Assistant at Direct Portfolio/Explorer Group and as a Sales and Marketing Assistant at The Park Hyatt. Anna holds a Bachelor of Business in Tourism and Travel Services Marketing Operations from the University of Technology Sydney, completed between 2001 and 2005.
