Anna Rodriguez is the National Talent Solutions Manager at Paxus, overseeing project management and delivery of recruitment solutions for clients in the technology and digital talent sectors since March 2023. Previously, Anna managed the Sourcing Team at Hays Enterprise Solutions, focusing on major RPO Insurance Organisations in New Zealand and Australia from September 2021 to October 2022. From September 2017 to December 2019, Anna served as a Manager in Hays' Project Team in Mexico, specializing in recruitment processes across various industries. Earlier experience includes roles as a Manager in Information Technology and Account Manager at Hays, where responsibilities encompassed managing client relationships and recruitment operations. Anna started a career as a Senior Recruitment Consultant with Hays, excelling in candidate sourcing and placement. Anna holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Monash University, obtained in 2004.
