Savita Shankarnarayan is a seasoned professional in account management and recruitment, currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at Paxus since November 2019, where responsibilities include managing multiple commercial, consulting, and government clients, and supporting their hiring strategies. Prior to this role, Savita spent a decade at TEQNirvana Softtech Solutions Pvt Ltd, progressing from Recruitment Consultant to Principal Consultant, focusing on client interaction and establishing Centres of Excellence for various clients. Experience also includes a tenure as a Quality Specialist at OS2i, providing recruitment support for international markets, and an E-recruitment Specialist role at Wipro.
