Steven Ahto

Steven Ahto is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in career advising, product management, and business analysis. Currently serving as a Career Advisor at Pay Forward Coaching since August 2023, Steven assists individuals in navigating their career paths. Previously, as a Senior Product Manager at DebtX for a decade, Steven successfully led customer-driven product initiatives and cultivated significant partnerships. Additional roles at DebtX included Product Manager, Senior Business Analyst, and Business Analyst, where leadership of cross-functional teams and partnership growth for financial institutions was key. Steven co-founded Luxurious Lumberjacks, LLC, an e-commerce business specializing in grooming products, and contributed to the Espere Community Counseling Center as an Advisory Board Member. Earlier experience includes assisting in project management at Clintara and a unique role as a Sushi Chef while studying at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where Steven earned a BA in Communications.
