Linda Pappas

Linda Pappas is a Principal out of our Philadelphia office, however she resides in Charlotte, North Carolina. Linda advises clients across multiple industries, and spends the majority of her time with clients in the following industries: real estate, retail, financial services, and manufacturing. Linda has over 14 years of experience with numerous aspects of executive compensation, including: peer group development and validation, competitive benchmarking for executives and non-employee directors, research and analysis of compensation practices, short- and long-term incentive plan design, target setting and goal difficulty analysis for incentive plans, pay-for-performance assessments, and governance and regulatory developments and trends. In addition, Linda is a subject matter expert on Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) policies and is certified by ISS Corporate Solutions in using the ISS proprietary Equity Plan Scorecard for modeling equity plan design. Linda also serves on the Advisory Board of the Carolinas Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) as a corporate sponsor.
