James Harris

James Harris possesses extensive experience in financial leadership within the SaaS and proptech sectors. As Chief Financial Officer at Pay Ready from February 2023 to March 2024, James led strategic financial objectives for a real estate CRM and payment company. Prior to this, James served as Senior Vice President of Finance, enhancing financial reporting and accounting processes. At Rently, from June 2021 to February 2023, James oversaw global finance functions and drove growth initiatives in multiple international markets. As Finance Director at AFEX, James contributed to corporate finance initiatives culminating in a successful sale in 2021, and previously, as CFO at MB Trading, managed financial strategies that led to a profitable exit to Ally Bank. Early in the career, James held key positions at Libertas Capital, focusing on M&A and investment banking. James earned an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of California, Irvine.
