Supriya Kadam has over a decade of experience in Human Resource management, currently serving as the Assistant Manager HR at Pay1 since November 2014, where responsibilities include leading the HR department and overseeing key functions such as recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement. Prior to this role, Supriya held the position of Sr HR Executive at Health Impetus Private Limited from April 2012 to August 2014, focusing on HRMIS, recruitment processes, and employee relations. Supriya's career began as an Executive HR at Harjai Computers in 2011, specializing in technical recruitment and onboarding.
