Janice Muldoon

Janice Muldoon is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in revenue accounting, financial management, and client relations. Currently serving as Revenue Accounting Manager and previously as Lead Revenue Accountant at Paya since September 2020, Janice has played a crucial role in optimizing the order-to-cash process and enhancing customer service. Prior to Paya, Janice held various positions at Public Interest Registry and AOL, where responsibilities included managing partner settlements, processing substantial revenue share payments, and ensuring compliance with external audit and SOX requirements. Janice's earlier career at Fiserv involved managing client relationships and providing customer service training. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Liberty University and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Northern Virginia Community College.
