Parminder L. has a strong background in network engineering and IT support. Parminder began their career at Strategic Communications Inc., where they served as a Shift Supervisor and IT Support Technician, responsible for managing end user service requests and providing hardware and software support. Parminder then joined Epik Networks as a Network Technician, troubleshooting network and voice outages, configuring network equipment, and providing training and support to clients and staff. Parminder later became a Senior Network Technician at Epik Networks, where they continued to provide technical support and training, as well as maintaining knowledge bases and resolving connectivity problems. Parminder then transitioned to Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, working as an IT Security Analyst and later an Infrastructure Specialist. In these roles, Parminder assessed infrastructure solutions, participated in projects as a subject matter expert, and prepared design and documentation for the network infrastructure. Parminder's most recent role is at Paya, where they currently work as Security and Network Engineer Lead & IR, focusing on security and network engineering.

Parminder L. completed a Post Graduation degree in Wireless Networking from George Brown College in 2010-2011. Prior to that, Parminder earned a Bachelor's of Technology degree in Information Technology from Punjab Technical University between 2005 and 2009. Additionally, Parminder has obtained certifications including PCNSE from Palo Alto Networks in January 2023, and is currently pursuing certifications in CCNA Collaboration, CCNA R&S, and CCNP R&S from Cisco.
