Talha Awan

Talha Awan has a diverse range of work experiences, starting with their current role as the Director of Business Operations at Payactiv since September 2020. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at qordata from 2016 to 2020, including Director Business - US & EMEA and Founding Team Member - Marketing and Sales Enablement Leader.

Before their time at qordata, Talha worked at Rocket Internet SE as a Digital Media Lead, where they were responsible for setting up the digital media/marketing department and managing digital media banner sales for Carmudi.pk in Pakistan.

Talha also worked as a Business Consultant - Digital Media at Creative Chaos from 2014 to 2015. In this role, they identified new business opportunities, established relationships with clients, and provided solutions based on their requirements.

Talha was also a Co-Founder at Tectutive (pvt.) Ltd. - Digital wing of EMS Dubai from 2012 to 2014. Talha presented the viability of digital and integrated marketing solutions to the Board of Directors, and successfully shifted the organization's focus and finances towards this venture.

Additionally, Talha had experience in the family business as the Owner and Marketing Manager at Silver Trade Tower - Silver Spoon Snacks (Pvt.) Ltd from 2011 to 2012. Talha planned and executed a construction project for Silver Spoon Snacks.

Earlier in their career, Talha worked as an SEO Specialist - Content Writer at Direct Solutions from 2010 to 2011, where they managed a team of writers and designers and wrote professional web content.

Finally, Talha's work experience includes being a Shift Manager at Pizza Hut from 2009 to 2010, where they supervised a team, managed revenue and expenses, and increased seating capacity.
