Kamila Czarnowska-Szustak

Kamila Czarnowska-Szustak has a diverse work experience in the payment industry. Kamila currently holds the position of Product & Solutions Director at Payall Payment Systems, Inc. starting from September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Product Manager at Genesis Global Limited from July 2020 to May 2023, where they were responsible for payment-related products tailored to the gambling industry. Kamila had close cooperation with stakeholders, internal units, and external vendors to provide high-quality services.

Before joining Genesis Global Limited, Kamila worked as a Product Manager at BEST Grupa Kapitałowa from October 2019 to July 2020. During this role, they were responsible for a product delivered by the leader of a debt collection company called payhelp.pl. Kamila handled project management and team management.

Kamila also had a long tenure at Blue Media S.A., where they held multiple roles. From January 2015 to October 2019, they served as a Product Manager, responsible for the creation and development of financial services. Kamila collaborated with internal units and contractors, such as mobile operators and banks, to analyze and improve product development. Additionally, from August 2010 to December 2014, they worked as a Senior Trade Marketing Specialist at Blue Media S.A. In this role, they planned and coordinated national promotion campaigns for various products and services, supervised promotion tasks for different sales channels, and contributed to the company's business strategy.

Kamila Czarnowska-Szustak's education history begins in 2006 when they enrolled at the Gdańsk University of Technology. Kamila pursued a Master of Engineering degree in Management and successfully completed their studies in 2011. Following this, from 2009 to 2012, they also obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology and Econometry from the same institution. In 2013, Kamila attended the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, where they studied Internet Marketing for a year. Lastly, in 2014, they returned to the Gdańsk University of Technology to pursue further studies in Management Sciences, without a specified graduation year.
