Matthew Van Meter

Matthew Van Meter has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Matthew is currently working as the Vice President of Hi-Tech at Genpact since November 2021. Prior to that, they were an Executive Member and a graduate of CRO School at Pavilion, where they gained skills in financial modeling, revenue team alignment, and board management. Additionally, they co-founded PayAll Payment Systems in 2017.

Before their current position, Matthew worked as a Consultant at Van Meter Management Team, LLC from August 2015 to November 2021. Matthew was also the Head of Sales at Socialeads, an Insurtech company specializing in AI/ML lead generation, from October 2020 to October 2021. In this role, they were responsible for building the tech stack, automating sales processes, and managing fundraising efforts.

Matthew's previous experience includes working as the RVP Corporate Sales and Incentives at Soothe from February 2019 to January 2020. Matthew also served as the Senior Vice President at Ohana Companies from January 2012 to July 2015 and as the Senior Vice President of Sales at Aurora Financial Systems from June 2011 to January 2012.

Earlier in their career, Matthew held the position of Senior Manager of Business Development at American Express from 2005 to 2011. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Mortgage Consultant at PHH Mortgage from 2002 to 2005.

Matthew Van Meter has a diverse education history. Matthew obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Villanova University, where they studied from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Indiana University Bloomington, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from 1995 to 1999.

In addition to their formal education, Matthew has also obtained various certifications. Matthew completed the CRO School and Revenue Growth Architecture School programs at Pavilion in July 2021. Furthermore, in November 2020, they acquired the Hubspot Marketing Certification and the Hubspot Sales Software Certification from HubSpot.
