Christine Budd

Christine Budd has a strong background in payroll services and operations management. Christine currently holds the position of Global Operations Director at PayAsia, where they oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance. Prior to that, Christine was the Regional Head of Payroll Operations at BoardRoom Limited from 2018 to 2019. Christine also served as the Head of Operations at Ascender HCM from 2016 to 2018, where they focused on providing multi-country payroll solutions in the Asia Pacific region. Before that, Christine was the CEO of CJB Consultants Ltd from 2014 to 2016. Christine has extensive experience in the outsourcing industry, having held various roles at NGA Human Resources, including Operations Director and Director of Offshore Operations in India and Manila. Christine began their career at Capita as an Outsourcing Director from 1991 to 2001.

Christine Budd obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Service Excellence from Anglia Ruskin University, studying from 2014 to 2017. Prior to this, they completed a Nursing Course from 1982 to 1984 at Peterborough Technical College, and subsequently engaged in part-time study while working full-time. Christine also pursued an Accounting course at Huntingdon Technical College from 1986 to 1987, and a Typing program at St Peters School Huntingdon in 1983 and 1984.
