Wei Jek Neo has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple companies and roles.
Wei Jek started their career as a Life Planner at Great Eastern Life in 2008. Wei Jek then worked at Raffles Town Club as a Banquet Executive followed by an Account Assistant from 2009 to 2011.
In 2011, Wei Jek Neo joined CloudPay as an International Payroll Specialist, responsible for payroll processing in Singapore, China, and Hong Kong. Wei Jek handled various tasks including tax filings, government paid leave claims, and CPF refunds.
From 2013 to 2014, they worked at Acrede as the APAC Operations Supervisor for Payroll. Their responsibilities included end-to-end payroll processing, policy development, and team performance monitoring for multiple countries.
Next, they joined Intuit in 2014 as the Payroll Lead APAC. Wei Jek acquired Acrede HR & Payroll and continued similar roles. Wei Jek also supported the Program Manager in unwinding Acrede's enterprise payroll clients.
In 2016, they joined LEGO Group as a Payroll Consultant until 2018.
Currently, Wei Jek Neo is working at PayAsia, where they started as the Regional Operations Manager from 2018 to 2021. Wei Jek then served as the Senior Regional Operations Manager until May 2023 and is currently the Director of Operations.
Wei Jek Neo obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Human Resource Management from Murdoch University, which they attended from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from the SMF Institute of Higher Learning, where they studied from 2009 to 2010. Additionally, Wei Jek Neo has obtained certifications in GDPR Compliance: Essential Training and OneDrive for Business Essential Training from LinkedIn in March 2018.
