Job description

Are you a skilled and user-focused Product Manager eager to contribute to the dynamic realm of financial technology? We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented professional to join our team. You will play a crucial role in shaping, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge financial products.

Responsibilities

  • Actively engages in the new product development process and contributes to deliverables for decisions.
  • Helping to oversee the ideation, design, and planning of products and how to market and promote Payaza products to the public.
  • Acts as the gatekeeper to the stage-gate pipeline and serves as the sponsor for projects.
  • Collaborates with engineering, marketing, sales, and operations to maintain a product roadmap aligned with corporate strategic objectives.
  • Defining product marketing communication objectives.
  • Building APIs, products, and platforms. You’ll work closely with customers, teams like Connect, Issuing, Terminal, Billing, and Radar, as well as our application and dashboard teams to design and build our payment abstractions and systems.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field required.
  • Built APIs, products, and complex systems at scale.
  • Experience working on large-scale platforms or infrastructure.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team.
