Andrew Moisejev has worked in the IT industry for over 15 years, starting with freelance web development before moving on to roles as a Full Stack Software Developer, IT Director, Lead Programmer, and currently the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Paybis.com. Andrew is experienced in managing teams of programmers, developing program specifications, overseeing testing efforts, and maintaining IT infrastructure. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the Transport and Telecommunication Institute.
