Prior to this role, Gururaja founded SOATECH Solutions Pvt Ltd., overseeing customer relations, operations, human resources, and administration from August 2007 to November 2012. Earlier career experience includes serving as Manager of Operations at Oracle, where Gururaja managed profitability and provided decision support, and as Associate Manager at MindTree Consulting. Gururaja's career began at Siemens Info Systems Ltd., in a commercial role. Gururaja holds a degree in B.Com with a focus on Management Accounting from Bangalore University and is a qualified Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost and Work Accountants of India.
