Tali Ayalon-Metser has over 20 years of experience in digital marketing and innovation. From 2002 to 2008, they worked as a Content Manager of the Industry Portal at the Israel Diamond Institute, managing a team of writers and editors in Hebrew, English and Chinese. Tali then became a Digital Marketing and Content Consultant for herself from 2008 to 2010. From 2010 to 2017, they were the Digital Group Manager of the Marketing Division at Visa CAL Israel (ICC), where they led the digital unit, owned the company’s digital products, platforms and processes, and created the company’s multichannel strategy and led its deployment. From 2017 to 2021, they were the Digital & Innovation Manager at Merck Group, leading the domain of Digital Transformation through new products, applications, and services deployments for all market stakeholders, and winning the company's Digital Innovation Award in 2018. From 2021 to 2022, they were the Director of Global Digital Innovation at Good Energies/B-Cure Laser, where they built and managed a marketing team of multi-functional professionals, managed the marketing budget optimization and analytics efforts in local and international markets, and led the development of new B2C marketing channels. Tali is currently a Product Manager at PayBox.
Tali Ayalon-Metser received an Executive MBA from Heriot-Watt University in Business Administration and Management, General between 2010 and 2012. In 2019 and 2020, they received a Certificate from Yahel for Board of Directors Course. Lastly, Tali Ayalon-Metser holds a BA from Bar-Ilan University in Political Science and Economics.
