Shannon Waugh

Shannon Waugh currently serves as the Head of Operations at PayBright since July 2023. With extensive experience in sales and operations, Shannon has been the Owner of Lions Head Farms since 2016. Prior to PayBright, Shannon held the role of Sales Support Coordinator at Zūm Rails for nearly a year and served as SR. Business Development Manager at Nuvei from April 2019 to April 2020. Shannon's notable tenure at Pivotal Payments spanned from February 2008 to April 2020, where roles included Vice President of Sales Support, Associate Vice President of Sales Channel, Director of Sales Channel Management, and Supervisor of Partner Services. Shannon's early education was completed at Camosun College from 2004 to 2006.
