Serhat Dolaz

Serhat Dolaz is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in fintech and technology management. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer at Paycell since January 2020, Serhat also contributes as Vice Chairman Of The Board at Türkiye Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşları Birliği. Prior roles include managing Card Payment and POS Solutions at Turkcell Technology, where responsibilities encompassed payment solutions management and leading Agile transformation. Additionally, Serhat has a solid foundation in business analysis and agile coaching from a decade-long tenure at Turkcell, where a variety of leadership positions were held. An educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi and an M.B.A. from Bahcesehir University.
